Booking Terms and Conditions:
When confirming a reservation with a deposit, you are entering into a legal agreement with us. Please read our terms and conditions below.
Bookings
Bookings are taken on a bed & breakfast basis and include IVA at the prevailing rate. All extras such as drinks, laundry, packed lunches & dinner are additional. We accept the following forms of payment: cash, debit & credit cards (not Amex).
Arrival & departure
Accommodation will be available from 14.00 on the day of arrival. If you expect to arrive later than 8.30pm please advise our reception. We request that you vacate your room by 11.30am on the day of departure, although both early check-in and late check-out can be arranged.
Deposits
We require €25.00 per person to confirm a booking. Group bookings may be required to pay a larger deposit.
Cancellation Policy
When a confirmed reservation has been made, both guest & hotel have entered into a legally binding contract. Any cancellation made within 28 days prior to arrival will result in the forfeiture of any deposit monies paid. Any cancellation made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no-shows or the reduction in the guests' stay will be charged in full.
Non availability
We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation, however if this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you. Our liability is expressly limited to a refund of monies already paid in respect of the reservation.
Payment
All hotel accounts must be settled on the day of departure unless other arrangements have been made with the hotel management.
